About Me

I'm Takuto Kakeda, a senior at the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business, majoring in Business Administration with a minor in AI Application & Product Design. Originally from Japan and now based in Los Angeles, I've built my journey around connecting people, ideas, and communities through product management and entrepreneurship.

Growing up, I've always had a wide range of interests—ranging from startups to media, from technology to design. The common thread across all of them has been my passion for building experiences that bring people closer together. As President of ProductSC, USC's product management organization, I've helped hundreds of students explore PM through workshops, case competitions, and client projects.

When I'm not iterating on a product idea or refining a Figma mockup, you can usually find me rock climbing with friends, exploring LA's coffee shops, or diving into new music and beatboxing sessions.
